This week's workouts:  Bougie, Summer Girl, Jawn & Straight Up

New Full-Length Workouts: Bougie is a 44-min medium/heavy weight cardio + sculpt that is luxe but humble. A little bit extra with a calf pump break down, triple jacks, hip pops and an around the world drive the bus. This one is a climb. You'll be drenched at the end, not after the right side. Lift heavy for that killer burn. It begins with classic CCS through jacks, moves into a brief breakdown, then transitions into standing abs, and full body sculpting. Summer Girl is a 50-min core sculpting workout with a loop. Your abs (obliques specifically) will feel a second day sore.This one really tones it all and I know you’ll save it to your faves.

Quick Burn Workouts: Jawn is a word (chiefly in eastern PA/Philadelphia) that is used to refer to a thing, place, person, or event that one need not to give a specific name to. For example, “these jawns are very inexpensive.” This 27-min jawn is classic Standing Abs CCS and it hits the abs and glutes with multidirectional movement. Keep your motions sharp and you’ll catch that burn. I messed up a little on the right side, you’ll see a note on the vid. Straight Up is a 26-min Cardio + Sculpt QB with weights that is straight up sweaty, fun and effective. The audio was corrupt so the sound is less than optimal but the workout is solid. Enjoy!

I developed them specifically to bring you happiness so I hope they are effective! This week's workouts:  2:15, Standout, Supernova, Snatched and La Pêche

New Full-Length Workouts: 2:15 is a 45-min no equipment cardio + sculpt that is fun and sweaty. 2:15 has it all. It begins with a fun and sweaty elongated cardio section, then transitions to a brief standing abs, crazy arm series on the right side and a pretty girl, wide second series and pushups on the left side. Standout is a 41-min core sculpting workout that is a blend of our basics (not easy). It begins grounded with weighted abs, a glute series, triceps, fold-over on the mat and then transitions to a brief standing sculpting series and pushups.

Quick Burn Workouts: Supernova is a 17-min Cardio + Sculpt Quick Burn that really brings a lot of sweat and some tough love! Keep your motions sharp through the cardio and you’ll catch that burn. Snatched is a 19-min QB that targets the waist and mid-glute like no other.

This week's workouts:  Alter-Ego, Wingman, Mom & The Great

New Full-Length Workouts: Alter-Ego is a 50-min cardio + sculpt that is fun and sweaty. The cardio portion includes a fun and sweaty breakdown then transitions to a brief standing abs series, pushups and light weight sculpting. Wingman …This sculpt is your Wingman. Your rock. It does triple duty on the booty, hips, thighs and core. It may feel a little chopped up but trust that I have your back on this! *Also, I forgot the banded hip dip and lift on the left. Please add on the left!

Quick Burn Workouts: Mom is a 25-min Cardio + Sculpt that really tackles it all in 27 minutes. The Great is a 15-min. grounded QB that’s core based and great for all levels. Heads up that the audio is a little low.

I’m here to help you with your diet so that you feel better and look your best. It will be our focus on the blog this week. This week's workouts: Danielle, Kairos, Dial It In & Strut This

New Full-Length Workouts: Danielle is a 38-min cardio + sculpt that is fun and sweaty. The cardio portion includes Genie, Round Up, Low-V, Shimmy Shimmy and Higher Power then transitions to a static lunge series with jumping lunges. After the sculpting portion you can repeat the cardio for extra burn, which also makes it a 50-min workout. Add heavy weights to the static lunge series to really up the ante. Kairos begins with 30 reps of classic standing abs, transitions into lower body with aeroplane, sweep squats, a 9-min. wide second series then transitions into heavy weighted deadlifts, lunges, side lunges and classic upper body and finishes with grounded weighted abs.

Quick Burn Workouts: Dial It In is a 25-min standing abs and core QB that combines some of my favorite multi-directional (flexion, extension and rotation) ab movements which are multitasking for the glutes. Wrist weights make this one total-body. Strut This is an 18-min. looped QB that targets the abs, booty, hips thighs and arms.

New Full-Length Workouts: Champagne is a 45-min heavy weight cardio + sculpt that has two brief breakdowns with extra reps, burpees, pushups and heavy weight standing sculpting. We're training the chain here so you're really going to feel this one through the back of the body. Cover Girl is a grounded to standing weighted sculpt. It begins with grounded weighted abs and moves into a brief glute series, then transitions to grounded fold-over work and standing sculpting with heavy weights. Your abs will be surprised with a second day sore.

Quick Burn Workouts: Breaking Point is a 24-min. no equipment Cardio + Sculpt Quick Burn that is equal parts Standing Abs and Cardio. The Long Way Home is a 14-min is a total-body weighted QB disguised as a lower body blast. You can expect side lunges, lunges to single leg deadlifts and squats with a breakdown. Lift heavy to get a major burn out of this one.

Hey everyone, welcome to Spring Training! I’m so excited to work with all of you this month. The April Program is designed to increase your strength and stamina and build lean muscle. April will set you up for the May and June programs, with all three working together to give you an amazing summer body. You’ll feel powerful, strong and confident.

Social distancing is a real struggle but lets use this time to improve ourselves so that we feel accomplished at the end of this instead of looking back and wishing we hadn’t become paralyzed.

New Full-Length Workouts: Zhuzh Up is a light weight cardio + sculpt workout with basic choreography and two-move breakdowns throughout paired with core basics sculpting. Indoorsy really gets into the core (and everything else) with a little bit of everything you need. You’re going to feel this working on every angle of the abs.

Quick Burn Workouts: Voodoo is a 26-min total-body dowel Quick Burn. The moves are basic but not so basic burn. Snatched (Standing Abs) and JuJu (Cardio + Sculpt) round out the week.

New Full-Length Workouts: I have three Cardio recommendations this week. Feel free to choose whatever you’re feeling up to or do all! In The House really gets into the core with a little bit of everything you need. You’re going to feel this working on every angle of the abs and I know you’ll love the flow. It feels good and it makes you feel sexy.

Quick Burn Workouts: Valleys is a 18-min Quick Burn version of this week’s full length sculpting, In The House. I created this for those of you who are battling and just need to move. It’s fun with a great flow and a little sexiness, but there’s not much of a climb unless you really keep your motions sharp and focus on pulling those abs inward. Brightside is a 20-min. fun and sweaty cardio workout that’ll take you to the brighter side, promise! It includes classic CCS with a full breakdown.

This week’s sculpting workout LAX really gets into the core with a little bit of everything you need. You’re going to feel like you just did this —You did a similar workout (Snatched) about a month ago. Just trust me, multi-direction movement is so necessary right now.

Quick Burn Workouts: This is the perfect workout, imo. Perfect is a 23-min Quick Burn that includes cardio and standing and grounded loop sculpting. Push hard and you'll get a lot out of this one!

New Full-Length Workouts: Maximalist is a 45-min. no equipment cardio workout with basic moves and no breakdown that’s great for all levels. Wear ankle weights to challenge. Rare really gets into the core with weighted abs on the mat then transitions into weighted glutes, push-ups, see-saws and hip and glute focused standing sculpting.

Quick Burn Workouts: Light Body is a dynamic 27-min Standing Abs QB that really targets the core and upper body with side bends, curtsey to wide second and waist rotations. This one has a great flow that I love. Keep your motions sharp to really get the most out of it. Hourglass is a most-loved grounded abs workout from the vault.

This week's workouts:  Heroine, Bon, Juju & Main

New Full-Length Workouts: Heroine is a 49-min. cardio + looped sculpt. It’s very abs driven so be prepared to really feel those obliques if you work hard. Bon means GOOD in French. Bon is a balanced 45-min standing sculpting workout that begins with a quick moving standing abs series and transitions to a pretty girl series, liberty to attitude sequence, and fold-over work. This full length workout features 30 rep sequencing with no breakdown.

Quick Burn Workouts: Juju is a 25-min single heavy weight Cardio + Sculpt QB that begins with Standing Abs cardio, moves into classic cardio and a weighted standing sculpting that really targets the abs. You can expect an abs focus throughout the entire workout, but we’re working everything as usual. Main is one of those core workouts that really should be in our rotation as much as possible! Revisit this whenever you want to balance and tone it all in under 25-minutes. It begins with our official grounded core abs sequence and moves to glutes, triceps, weighted back work and grounded fold-over.

Hey guys, welcome to the Studio LB March Program! Actually, can you believe that it’s March? I’m so happy that the toughest two months of the year are OVER. I have a really hard time (mentally) with January and February, so I’m thrilled that Spring is 20 days away! This week's workouts: 11th Hour, Woke, Feels Good & Angel

New Full-Length Workouts: I was hit with a bit of “movement block” last week and this workout literally came to me at the 11th Hour, so I went with the name! You can expect 50 minutes of classic CCS: The cardio begins with a warm up, calf pumps, jog and knees up and moves into a brief but fun breakdown (Crazy Doll), walk-outs, pushups and see-saws. The weighted sculpting portion includes chop to squat, side lunge with an L and a kick-stand deadlift. Woke is a 40-min standing to grounded core workout that is effective with a great flow. Lift heavy to really feel the effects of this one!

Quick Burn Workouts: Feels Good is a 19-min Standing Core Quick Burn that includes Knee Lifts with a crunch, Kick and Twist, Side Bends, Pendulum Side Bends and Squat to Wide Second with a breakdown that's great for all levels. Angel 20-min weighted standing core basics: lunges and curtseys paired with upper body work (biceps, upright row, triceps, hug the moon), a wide second along with a shoulder series with heel digs. Lift heavy for major burn and cardio output.

New Full-Length Workouts: Muah is a 47-min super fun cardio and sculpt that begins with classic CCS Cardio, moves onto a brief breakdown with extra reps and into grounded abs on the mat with your loops! Dos is a standing sculpt with extra reps. We kick off with standing abs with a break down and move to total-body sculpting with one heavy weight.

Quick Burn Workouts: Cherry On Top is an upper body focused QB that includes a heel dig series with medium weights, biceps, triceps and shoulders with heavier weights and ends with a brief crazy arm series. Lift heavy if you can. It’s perfect for all levels and great as an add-on to a Full-Length workout or QB.

This week's workouts: 1990, Dbl Happiness & Soaked along with a few from the vault

New Full-Length Workouts: 1990 is a fun, nineties-inspired Cardio + Sculpt with a two-part breakdown and a seriously sweaty sculpting session. Parts of the choreography stems from my days at NCA cheer camp. We're training the posterior chain with this one, so you're bound to feel it! Dbl Happiness is both grounded and standing with a big abs and glute focus. The workout begins with Abs then moves into grounded glutes, fold-over and back work, then moves into a killer booty-lifting standing sculpting set.

Quick Burn Workouts: Soaked a 21-min. Standing Core QB with a lot of multi-angled oblique work. It’s incredibly balanced - You'll feel this in both the abs and back of the body.

This week's workouts: Lightning, High + Tight, Pronto & Claire

New Full-Length Workouts: Lightning is a sweaty 50-min. total-body cardio + heavy weight sculpt with a longer cardio series and a killer weighted standing sculpt. High + Tight is a 50-minute total-body weighted core sculpt in a 3x3 format. I LOVE this one and excited to end the decade with one of the most effective booty/core sequences ever. *If you have low back issues or tightness EVER, please be cautious and modify - I do not recommend going all the way to the ground with Foldover Complete.

STUDIO LB BEGINNER GUIDE

We have so many new members around here and I wanted to say a quick hello and write out a beginner’s guide to getting started with the Studio LB program. First things first - Welcome! I’m so happy you’re here and ready to sweat with me.

Now that you’ve signed up, you can do Studio LB anywhere, any time, on any device. I’d recommend downloading our iOS app for the best on-the-go viewing experience. Each month a new progressive program begins, with Week 1 delivering the building blocks that grow increasingly more challenging by the end of the month.

Equipment you’ll need to get started:

  • Mat

  • Light weights (3lbs)

  • Medium weights (5lbs)

  • Heavy weights (8-12lbs)

  • Wrist weights (1-2lbs)

  • Studio LB Loop Set

If you’re brand new to my method, returning to working out in general, or if choreography feels like a foreign language to you, we have a BEGINNER SERIES I would strongly recommend as your first few workouts until you feel familiar with the basics. The Beginner Series has three 25-minute sessions and serves as an intro to fundamental bio-mechanical principles, proper form, breathing techniques, and our core exercises. Even though these are intro level workouts, you’ll definitely still get a good burn.

Each Monday morning, you’ll receive an email with two schedules for the week in your inbox: THE PROGRAM and QUICK BURN. A fresh delivery of new content goes live Monday morning at 5AM Eastern time.

If you’re already working out 4 to 5 times per week with a mix of cardio and strength, feel free to dive right into THE PROGRAM’s two new 40-50 minute workouts per week schedule. This is the heart and soul of Studio LB and will deliver the most significant rapid results. You’ll generally do each session twice throughout the week, plus one or both of the shorter Quick Burns, and a rest or yoga day.

If it has been awhile since you have been in a solid fitness routine, I’d suggest following the QUICK BURN schedule until you build your stamina and strength. Quick Burn workouts are 12-30 minute workouts for the member who is tight on time or looking for a little less vigorous exercise. Some of these workouts have been my absolute favorites to create, and they can also serve as add-ons to the longer workouts if you’re feeling ambitious.

As a member, you now also have access to the FULL LIBRARY of hundreds of past workouts so feel free to explore those too. Sometimes you’re really in the mood for a Loops workout or Wrist Weight session and these can be found under the “Search by Prop” section on my app or streaming studio.

This week's workouts: Turn On, Own It, Met Him at a Bar, & Shorty

New Full-Length Workouts: Turn On is a 49-min. total-body cardio + medium weight sculpt that begins with classic CCS, then moves into a killer breakdown with extra reps, and then transitions into walk-outs, pushups, and a weighted standing sculpt. Own It is a 48-minute grounded and standing core sculpt.

Quick Burn Workouts: Met Him at a Bar is a 20-min. Cardio Core QB that really narrows the waist. You know these moves…you’ve been here before ; ) Wear wrist weights to increase the burn. Shorty is a 12-min Cardio + Sculpt that’s perfect for beginners, post-holiday, or anyone who is remote and needs a quick fix.

Quick Burn Workouts: Fenom is a 25-min. total body Standing Abs QB with a great cardio core flow. Yin is a 10-min grounded glute QB with a second day sore. It’s great for all levels.

It’s the final week of October! I have good news and bad news. I’ll start with the bad…there is no new Cardio + Sculpt workout this week. I apologize, but unfortunately with the wildfires I just couldn’t hack it (no pun intended). There was a brush fire in a nearby canyon and it was just not worth the heath risk. The good news is that next week we’ll kick off the November Program on 11/4 with a one week nutrition reset (details to come). This week's workouts:  Jennifer, Neon, Okay Go, Foxy & Effortless

New Full-Length Workouts: Jennifer is a 50-min. total-body cardio + multi-weight sculpt that begins with classic CCS and moves into a fun breakdown then transitions into burpees, pushups, grounded abs and weighted standing sculpting. Neon is a 46-min. total-body, light and heavy weight cardio + sculpt that is so fun. The cardio breakdown progresses to burpees, pushups, see-saws, and weighted sculpt series. This week’s sculpt Ok, Go is a 45-min. total-body standing 3x3 with a great flow. Expect to feel this everywhere, it’s so killer.

Quick Burn Workouts: Foxy is a 26-min. double resistance QB utilizing weights and loops with a great flow. You’ll feel like you’re not working very hard but this workout brings a delayed second day sore. Effortless is an 12-min weighted sculpt QB that is great for all levels or when you are short on time. Use 5 lbs. to really up the burn.
