This week's workouts: 1990, Dbl Happiness & Soaked along with a few from the vault

New Full-Length Workouts: 1990 is a fun, nineties-inspired Cardio + Sculpt with a two-part breakdown and a seriously sweaty sculpting session. Parts of the choreography stems from my days at NCA cheer camp. We're training the posterior chain with this one, so you're bound to feel it! Dbl Happiness is both grounded and standing with a big abs and glute focus. The workout begins with Abs then moves into grounded glutes, fold-over and back work, then moves into a killer booty-lifting standing sculpting set.

Quick Burn Workouts: Soaked a 21-min. Standing Core QB with a lot of multi-angled oblique work. It’s incredibly balanced - You'll feel this in both the abs and back of the body.
