Hey guys, welcome to May! This month’s theme is Escape. I think that you’re really going to enjoy this week’s new workouts and the Program, overall. I developed them specifically to bring you happiness so I hope they are effective! This week’s Cardio + Sculpt, 2:15 and our Cardio + Sculpt QB, Supernova both have some of your fave choreography: Genie, From The Heart, Frogger, Step-Throw, Kick-Cross-Step, Crazy Doll along with moves that travel, and other combos that make you happy. This week's workouts:  2:15, Standout, Supernova, Snatched and La Pêche

New Full-Length Workouts: 2:15 is a 45-min no equipment cardio + sculpt that is fun and sweaty. 2:15 has it all. It begins with a fun and sweaty elongated cardio section, then transitions to a brief standing abs, crazy arm series on the right side and a pretty girl, wide second series and pushups on the left side. Standout is a 41-min core sculpting workout that is a blend of our basics (not easy). It begins grounded with weighted abs, a glute series, triceps, fold-over on the mat and then transitions to a brief standing sculpting series and pushups.

Quick Burn Workouts: Supernova is a 17-min Cardio + Sculpt Quick Burn that really brings a lot of sweat and some tough love! Keep your motions sharp through the cardio and you’ll catch that burn. Snatched is a 19-min QB that targets the waist and mid-glute like no other.
