This week's workouts: Danielle, Kairos, Dial It In & Strut This

New Full-Length Workouts: Danielle is a 38-min cardio + sculpt that is fun and sweaty. The cardio portion includes Genie, Round Up, Low-V, Shimmy Shimmy and Higher Power then transitions to a static lunge series with jumping lunges. After the sculpting portion you can repeat the cardio for extra burn, which also makes it a 50-min workout. Add heavy weights to the static lunge series to really up the ante. Kairos begins with 30 reps of classic standing abs, transitions into lower body with aeroplane, sweep squats, a 9-min. wide second series then transitions into heavy weighted deadlifts, lunges, side lunges and classic upper body and finishes with grounded weighted abs.

Quick Burn Workouts: Dial It In is a 25-min standing abs and core QB that combines some of my favorite multi-directional (flexion, extension and rotation) ab movements which are multitasking for the glutes. Wrist weights make this one total-body. Strut This is an 18-min. looped QB that targets the abs, booty, hips thighs and arms.
