Hey guys, welcome to the Studio LB March Program! Actually, can you believe that it’s March? I’m so happy that the toughest two months of the year are OVER. I have a really hard time (mentally) with January and February, so I’m thrilled that Spring is 20 days away! This week's workouts: 11th Hour, Woke, Feels Good & Angel

New Full-Length Workouts: I was hit with a bit of “movement block” last week and this workout literally came to me at the 11th Hour, so I went with the name! You can expect 50 minutes of classic CCS: The cardio begins with a warm up, calf pumps, jog and knees up and moves into a brief but fun breakdown (Crazy Doll), walk-outs, pushups and see-saws. The weighted sculpting portion includes chop to squat, side lunge with an L and a kick-stand deadlift. Woke is a 40-min standing to grounded core workout that is effective with a great flow. Lift heavy to really feel the effects of this one!

Quick Burn Workouts: Feels Good is a 19-min Standing Core Quick Burn that includes Knee Lifts with a crunch, Kick and Twist, Side Bends, Pendulum Side Bends and Squat to Wide Second with a breakdown that's great for all levels. Angel 20-min weighted standing core basics: lunges and curtseys paired with upper body work (biceps, upright row, triceps, hug the moon), a wide second along with a shoulder series with heel digs. Lift heavy for major burn and cardio output.
