Hey guys! Whoa, what a week it has been. With so much going on in the world, the news and our homes, I’ll keep this short and sweet. This week's workouts: Panic At The Disco, LAX, Perfect & Studio LB Kids

New Full-Length Workouts: Panic At The Disco is a 52-min. single heavy weight Cardio + Sculpt workout with basic moves and a brief, five-move cardio breakdown and a great weighted sculpting series that’s great for all levels. This week’s sculpting workout LAX really gets into the core with a little bit of everything you need. You’re going to feel like you just did this —You did a similar workout (Snatched) about a month ago. Just trust me, multi-direction movement is so necessary right now.

Quick Burn Workouts: This is the perfect workout, imo. Perfect is a 23-min Quick Burn that includes cardio and standing and grounded loop sculpting. Push hard and you'll get a lot out of this one!

Tues., 3/24 @12PM EST / 9AM PST: Grounded Core - You’ll need light weights and a mat

Thurs., 3/26 @5PM EST / 2PM PST: Cardio + Sculpt - No equipment

Sat., 3/28 @12PM EST / 9AM PST: Total-Body Dowel - You’ll need a broom or a dowel
