This Week: Glow Stick, Seven Point Five, Sugar, Foam Roller Intro along with Ride-or-Die and Perfect

Featured Music: Tame Impala, Cardi B, Mere Raj, Nipsey Hussle, DRAMA, ODIE

Full Length: Glow Stick is a 49-min. cardio-intensive Cardio + Sculpt that’s multi-directional and satisfying with extra reps and a fun dbl breakdown. Seven Point Five is a shorter 3x3 with a great flow that moves from standing to grounded and really challenges it all. Lift heavy with this one and it’s an 11/10.

Quick Burn: Sugar is a sweet, basic glute focused grounded QB that really burns so good. Foam Roller Intro is a very brief 11-min intro to foam rolling with a little bit of a workout included. Ride-or-Die is a 26-min. total-body Cardio Core with a heart rate spike and great flow. Perfect the perfect workout, imo. Perfect is a 23-min Quick Burn that includes cardio and standing and grounded loop sculpting. Push hard and you'll get a lot out of this one.

Full Length: Laid is a 50-min. high energy and high impact Cardio + Sculpt. The cardio is full of dynamic CCS power moves that make you feel strong and sexy: Tap Downs, Cross-To-T and Drive the Bus while the weighted standing sculpting is simple and effective. Please modify the Tap Downs if you have any lower back tightness. Wingman is your rock. It does triple duty on the booty, hips, thighs and core. It may feel a little chopped up but trust that I have your back on this! I forgot the banded hip dip and lift on the left. Please add on the left. High + Tight is a 50-minute total-body weighted core sculpt in a 3x3 format. I LOVE this one and excited to end the decade with one of the most effective booty/core sequences ever. *If you have low back issues or tightness ever, please be cautious and modify - I do not recommend going all the way to the ground with Foldover Complete. You’ll still reap the benefits if you modify the series.

Quick Burn: 143 means I love you and I love this 19-min Standing Core QB with classic CCS: Thriller, Cross Crunch, along with Liberty to L, Pretty Girl to Foldover and Lean Fwd. Lit is a 10-min cardio blast that is perfect for when you're short on time or to layer onto a sculpting QB. Expect to sweat. ILYSM means I love you so much and I think you’ll LOVE this Cardio + Sculpt QB. It combines 12 min of Cardio with a dbl breakdown and 12 minutes of a new sculpting sequence. Push hard for major sweat. Fika means to slow down and enjoy. Enjoy this brief and mighty QB - It's really effective and tackles it all in less than 20 minutes.

Full Length: BDE is a cool and confident Cardio + Sculpt from December that includes a double breakdown paired with weighted standing sculpting. It’s spot-on for this week. Phenomenal is just that and I know it’ll be a favorite! It's a 50-min light to medium weighted 3x3 with a pushup breakdown and a fantastic flow. You'll feel this one everywhere as it's total-body, but your arms are working the entire time.

Quick Burn: Cupid is going to hit you with an arrow! I love this one. It’s a 15-min Standing Core QB with classic CCS: Rib Slides, Hip Circles, Twist-n-Kick along with Side Lunges to Squats. Brick is quick weighted standing and grounded circuit that begins with Squat - Lunges then moves to a unique (and effective) grounded waist and hip series along with pushups. Ooh La La is a 25-min Cardio + Sculpt QB that has a little bit of everything. It begins with Standing Abs, transitions to weighted standing sculpting and cardio. You’ll be dripping in sweat.

Quick Burn: Fr is short for for real and the weighted Liberty to Attitude Swing to Knee Slide into Squat Series will have your obliques on fire, for real. Darling is a sweaty no-equipment Cardio + Sculpt that is perfect for anywhere. A classic Checkmark, Round Up-Low V CCS cardio breakdown meets Pretty Girl Kick-Outs and Curtsey to Wide Second sculpting. Main is one of those core workouts that really should be in our rotation as much as possible! Revisit this whenever you want to tone it all in under 25-minutes. It begins with our official grounded core abs sequence and moves to glutes, triceps, weighted back work and grounded fold-over.

Full Length: Bubble Up is a 51-min Cardio + Sculpt that has a sweaty and fun hip-shaking cardio sequence (Genie, Slide-Out-In-Out) with a weighted standing sculpting series. We’re training the chain with this one so you can expect to really feel this in the back and booty. Elevenstars is 48-min of total-body grounded sculpting that really targets the core. Your obliques and lats are going to feel this with a new side lying leg and abs series. If you’re looking for a standing sculpt, I recommend Brilliant.

Quick Burn: All Day Baby is a 16-min QB that I could literally do all day. It incorporates plenty of lateral movement and inner thigh work via Torch to really challenge your core and balance. Take it to the limit with the addition of wrist or ankle weights. Body is a great total-body QB that incorporates a medium resistance loop and weights of your choice. Breaking Point is a 24-min. no equipment Cardio + Sculpt Quick Burn that is equal parts Standing Abs and Cardio.

Bananas is a 50-minute Cardio + Sculpt that includes an elongated cardio series along with burpees, pushups, see-saws and looped core work. It’s bananas. Bougie is luxe but humble. A little bit extra with a calf pump break down, triple jacks, hip pops and an around the world drive the bus. This one is a climb. You'll be drenched at the end, not after the right side. Quick Burn: The Spell is a 18-min Standing Core QB that will transport you to another dimension. It’s balance challenging with Around the World and has a nice flow (and sweat) to it. It’s the final week of the December Program and it’s the perfect time to start manifesting all you want for 2021, which is fitting - even the planets are all rooting for us! Today's Equinox and Jupiter/Saturn Conjunction are setting us up to help us create a new way of being for this new year (and pretty much the rest of our lives).

So many of us need a catalyst to stay committed to fitness - whether it’s an event or NYE party, it’s probably not happening this year. So how can you be a catalyst for yourself? Featured Recipe(s): The very addictive Coconut Rice Noodle Soup and my Golden Sauce are landing this week. Golden sauce is a great source of protein, healthy fats, and anti-inflammatory properties; However it is also calorie dense from the cashews. It’s great as a veggie dip, but my favorite way to use it is over a simple meal like brown rice, sauteed collards, and chicken (or your protein of choice).

I LOVE this one; It really has a nice flow to it and targets it all. I named it Overnight because I woke up to results the next morning.

Quick Burn: Echo is a 15-min. Standing Core QB with elevated core basics (Knee Lifts, Side Bends, Waist Rotations, Curtsey to Wide Second) and bit of a tricky flow. I named it Echo because if you’ve been practicing SLB you’ve seen these moves many times before!

Welcome to the December Program! Many of us are in the zone after completing the Chase the Burn November Challenge and Activation while many of us are brand new or coming back from a break. This month’s theme is Fearless. My goal is to get you laser focused around your goals and your self-care by aligning your thought patterns, emotions, and actions to consistently align with your set goals. We need to stop going in two keep (or begin) focusing on you and what you want.

It’s perfect for beginners and anyone who needs it.

Equipment:  No equipment, just a mat and a set of weights or yoga blocks for folder work 

Shibui is a super specific Japanese word used to describe something that has gotten cooler with age. The closest English equivalent might be to say they’ve aged like a fine wine. Shibui is a total-body sculptor that marries classic standing abs and fold-over work along with a brief crazy arm series and pushups.
