Hey guys! We’re back in full-length mode and working on increasing our endurance so give it all you’ve got. If you haven’t incorporated any of the longer length workouts recently, "ease in" with Sunready, which has added reps and loop work.

New Full Length: Bananas is a 50-minute Cardio + Sculpt that includes an elongated cardio series along with burpees, pushups, see-saws and looped core work. It’s bananas.
