New Full Length: Heartbreaker earned it’s name because it really maxes out the heart rate with a core-based cardio breakdown and sculpts with one of our fave bodyweight pushup sequences along with basic standing weighted sculpting. The One is the one that you just can’t have too much of. Grab your light to medium weights for our core sculpting sequencing (abs, glutes, triceps, fold-over and standing sculpting) that moves from grounded to standing. 

New Quick Burn: Little Fire may burn just a little while you’re doing it but it leaves its mark on your abs for days afterwards! This is one effective QB as it targets the obliques and really pulls everything in.

New Full Length: Brilliant is one of my all-time sculpting faves because it really sculpts the midsection and back with the best of grounded bodyweight and standing sculpting CCS. 

New Quick Burn: Bottom Line is a total-body QB, but it really hones in on the hips, glutes and back with Scorpion and bodyweight sculpting. MVP is your abs most valuable player with core sculpting along with a much loved oblique series.

Full Length: Juicy is a fun and sweat-in-your eyes 38-min. cardio workout with a Cardio + Sculpt + Cardio format. Grab your wrist weights for the sweetest upper body burn. Snack is shorter in length but truly gets the job done as it completely fatigues the core with multi-directional sculpting with one heavy weight. If you have any back issues, please modify the Pick Up by placing the lifted leg down as you get up. 

Quick Burn: Amiga is your girl! She has your back (and your abs) in 19-minutes with core CCS sequencing: Fold-Over to Windmill and Subway Push along with new moves: Step-Twists and Split leg lunges into Split Leg Lean Forward. Clutch is a term that can characterize something as "excellent" or "effective." Clutch is a 25-min cardio + sculpt that's fun, efficient and very sweaty. It's clutch.

This Week: All The Way Up, Auto Correct, Darling, Smudge & Flex

Full Length: Get ready to shake it. All The Way Up is a 39-minute, sweat-in-your-eyes Cardio + Sculpt with classic CCS and a really fun breakdown. The sculpt is basic (yet brutal) with weighted sculpting: Deadlifts, squats and lunges, chop to squat and back work. You’ll feel it everywhere. Auto Correct is a Core Basics grounded to standing weighted sculpt that hits all the spots. It begins on the mat with abs, moves to weighted glute work, then transitions to fold-over on the mat, walk-out push-ups, side lunges and fold-over combo without a breakdown. 

Quick Burn: Darling is a fun and sweaty no-equipment Cardio + Sculpt that is perfect for at-home or at a hotel. Classic Checkmark, Round Up-Low V CCS cardio breakdown meets Pretty Girl Kick-Outs and Curtsey to Wide Second sculpting.  Smudge is a no equipment Standing Core workout that is a great no-impact cardio option with a great flow. Take it up a notch by adding ankle weights!

Full Length: Bomb (In-studio on Tuesday by 1 PM - Sub in your fave heavy weight cardio if you’re working out in the AM) is a total-body Cardio + Sculpt. Forty minutes of sweaty high-energy cardio with a great CCS combo and standing weighted and looped sculpting. Your bod is going to feel this one! Lift heavy for a killer sweat. Stuntin' is a 30-rep format standing and grounded sculpt that really targets the core with a focus on the obliques.

Quick Burn: Short Cut is perfect for all levels but I created this especially for beginners or those who are coming back from hiatus. It targets the core and will get your heart rate up with it's lengthy wide second series. It's a great one if you're short on time, so challenge with wrist weights. Shebang is a standing abs QB and it’s the whole shebang...literally, every core muscle is involved and the breakdown is fire.

New Full-Length Workouts: It’s high time for an all out sweat and Dtox troubleshoots late summer decadence with classic throwback CCS cardio and an around the world heavy weighted lunge to deadlift series. Bum Bum is Brazilian (Portugese) for booty and I promise that this weighted and looped workout will have you pulled in and lifted without having to leave your mat! Go with a black loop and ankle weights for the ultimate challenge.

Quick Burn Workouts: Kinda Lovely is a 21-minute Standing Abs QB that targets it all with a flow that's so lovely. Grab your heavy weights and a step/bench, this QB will leave you flexin. Flex is an all arms and back QB and targets everything in 13-minutes. Perfect on it's own or as a layer on.

This Week: Pamela, 26-24-36, Wavy, 20/20 & Straight Up

New Full-Length Workouts: Grab your loops and light weights, this cardio queen saves high summer lives.  Pamela is hot, light-weight and looped. She’s forty minutes of sweaty high-energy cardio (with a breakdown and extra reps) plus standing weighted and looped sculpting. 36-24-26 …I have a feeling this will be a new go-to for many of you, as it's one of my new faves for waist and hip sculpting. 36-24-36 is a total-body 40-minute no equipment standing sculpt that really hones in on the waist, hips, glutes and thighs (everything core). Add wrist weights to really increase the sweat, intensity, and upper body sculpting. 

Quick Burn Workouts: Wavy is slang for cool or fresh. If you're looking to really target everything in less than 20 minutes we've got you covered with this 16-min total-body weighted and looped grounded QB. Straight Up is a 26-min Cardio + Sculpt QB from the June program that is Straight Up sweaty, effective and fun. Lift heavy for best results. 20-20 is a Standing Core QB also from the June Program. Enjoy!

This Week: Miami, Wingman, Buttercup, Tres, Slow Burn & ILYSM

New Full-Length Workouts: Miami is a total-body Cardio + Sculpt. This one is hot. It’s forty-seven minutes of sweaty high-energy cardio with a hip circling cardio series (with a breakdown and extra reps) and standing weighted sculpting. Your buns are going to feel this one! WIngman and Buttercup are from The April and May Program and go perfectly with this week.

Quick Burn Workouts: Slow Burn is 17-min of core driven work that starts with knee lifts and eternity arms then moves to pivoting lunges, wide second and waist rotations to work the large muscles and burn fat. Tres …I named this QB Tres b/c you need three props: a mat, loops and weights but also because it targets the core upper and lower body. Enjoy the burn!

Expect floor explosions and a Pretty Girl series with a new variation that goes perfectly with this week's sculpt. Bawdy is hot! Our core basics are (and feel) so different with socks. Get ready to fire into the muscles differently and integrate your core and smaller accessory muscles like the inner thighs with this week’s 40-min. sculpt workout. This Week: Booty Pop, LAX, A Bikini A Day & IKR

New Full-Length Workouts: Booty Pop is a 52 minute cardio + sculpt that’s sweaty, fun and the time flies —She’s triple propped, so grab your medium loop, dowel + step for the CCS, burn & lift you haven’t met yet. Booty Pop will land in-studio by noon EST, so sub in Bueno if you’re working out in the morning. LAX is Booty Pop’s opposite. LAX really gets into the core with a little bit of everything you need. It’s no equipment and multi-directional.

Quick Burn Workouts: A Bikini A Day is a 21-min QB that includes a little bit of everything: Classic Standing Core, a brief cardio series and Standing Sculpting. When you need to work it all in less than 30 minutes, this is your jam. IKR (I know, right?) is a brief yet very efficient total-body grounded core sculpt. It's the perfect balance of bodyweight meets flexibility and core strengthening. And it’s completely grounded. Yes, it’s only 13-min but prepare to sweat and shake!

This Week: Jersey Girl, Badass, Saturn Return & Gold

New Full-Length Workouts: Yo, pretend we're at the club! Jersey Girl is a 38-minute cardio + sculpt unlike any other— She's a little gritty, sassy, has stamina, with double sided sculpting in the middle and is slightly shorter than the usual. We're getting the heart rate way up with a fun and sweaty CCS series that includes fist pumps, floor explosions and hip thrusts. I begin the breakdown slowly and then pick up the pace with extra reps.. Have fun! Badass is a 50-minute mostly grounded, core-based sculpt with a glutes/hips/thighs focus. You can expect grounded abs, looped bridge work, side lying series on the mat and a heavy weighted standing series. I really like this one - my glutes were incredibly sore the next day.

Quick Burn Workouts: Saturn Return a brief but amazing total-body toner. In astrological lore, Saturn is the great taskmaster of the skies. We’ll call it a personal trainer actually, since Saturn is “cruel” to be kind. It breaks you down and makes you lift the heavy weights so you can get into fighting shape! Wherever Saturn is in your chart will point to your toughest lessons, but the ones you might become obsessed with breaking through. All these moves are crucial and breakthrough ones. Gold is a bit of everything: A brief cardio series, standing abs, heavy weighted upper body and total-body sculpting (split lunges and deadlifts) for a great burn in less than 20 minutes!

This Week’s Workouts: Baby, You’re So $$$, Mazel, Hot Sauce & Ride-Or-Die

New Full-Length Workouts: Baby, You're So $$$ is a 50-minute cardio + sculpt that has a super fun cardio section mixed with step sculpting. Get ready for the ultimate lift and burn at an intro level. Mazel is 46 minutes of our basic core sculpting work. I say this all the time, but you literally cannot do this enough. Mazel begins with abs on the mat, moves to glutes, triceps, fold-over work and standing sculpting. Congrats guys, you're in it!

Quick Burn Workouts: Hot Sauce is a total-body QB that will tone and burn fat in just 15-minutes. This is the breakdown of the sculpting section from Le Buns. Ride-Or-Die is a 26-min. total-body Standing Abs QB/Cardio Core with a heart rate spike and great flow.

New Full-Length Workouts: Le Buns is a total-body Cardio + Sculpt...but the booty sculpting tho! I recommend starting with a light resistance loop so that the glutes fire vs everything else. So lifted. So fun. Snatched is a 48-min standing abs workout that is both effective and efficient with a great flow. Expect to feel this everywhere from waist to back and booty. Watch your back when you go from fold-over to standing/wide second.

Quick Burn Workouts: C‘ est Nice…This one is really nice, has a good flow and really targets the waist and inner/outer thighs in just 20 minutes. LB Bodycamp

Welcome to LB Bodycamp! We’re in-between months (our July Program begins on 7/6). Once a quarter there’s a 5th Monday in a month and we have a gap week between our two 28-day Monthly Programs. During this week we love to highlight some of our most loved and most effective workouts of the season. This Spring/Summer gap week falls just before the 4th, and we’ve created an amazing program for you so that you look and feel your absolute best right before the holiday weekend. 

LB Bodycamp includes one Full Length and one Quick Burn workout daily for six days. If you really want to amp up your results, we recommend following our LB 7-Day Meal Plan. And remember, the optional workouts are totally optional! They are there if you want that extra push, but are by no means necessary as I've chosen some of our most effective workouts for the week.

New Full-Length Workouts: Bougie and Spring Break are both awesome and from the May Program. Please do both! FTW is defined as an abbreviation for "for the win," meaning something that you are commenting on is a really good thing- And this week’s sculpt IS.

Quick Burn Workouts: ILYSM means I love you so much and I think you’ll love this Cardio + Sculpt QB. It combines 12 min of Cardio with a dbl breakdown and 12 minutes of a new sculpting sequence. JFC is a killer 16-min abs series that I don’t want you to miss. Make sure you do this one, it’s so worth it.

This week's workouts:  Pursuit of Happiness, Wingman, 20/20 & Ooh La La

New Full-Length Workouts: Pursuit of Happiness is what you need right now: A sweat in your eyes cardio + sculpt with extra reps and a deep core and booty set. *if you have back issues please be mindful during the fold-over to standing! Wingman is Your rock. It does triple duty on the booty, hips, thighs and core. It may feel a little chopped up but trust that I have your back on this! I forgot the banded hip dip and lift on the left. Please add on the left!

Quick Burn Workouts: 20/20 is a great total body sculpt with a great flow: Pretty Girl series transitions to a squat with a lateral leg raise, curtsey to wide second and a torch to arabesque. Ooh La La is a 25-min Cardio + Sculpt QB that has a little bit of everything. It begins with Standing Abs, transitions to weighted standing sculpting and cardio. I said, “Ooh La La!” when I was done and it stuck. Dripping in sweat!

This week's workouts:  Spring Break, In The House, Shortcut & Bombshell

New Full-Length Workouts: Spring Break is kinda like the Spring Break that we didn't get this year. It's fun, sweaty, sassy, and the time flies by. The cardio series progresses into a breakdown, burpees and pushups, abs and weighted standing sculpting. In The House is a favorite from March and we love it because it really gets into the core with a little bit of everything you need. You’re going to feel this working on every angle of the abs and I know you’ll love the flow. It feels good and it makes you feel sexy.

Quick Burn Workouts: Shortcut is a total-body 24-min. QB that begins with a weighted Pretty Girl series which moves into more core sculpting. Anyone can do this one - It’s great for all levels! Bombshell is a 26-min QB that targets everything. It begins with standing sculpting section then moves to the mat for Abs, glutes, hip work, triceps and pushups. If you're looking for a total-body sculpt in less than 30 minutes, this is it. Add weights to the standing section to really up the cardio and the burn!
