New Full-Length Workouts: Le Buns is a total-body Cardio + Sculpt...but the booty sculpting tho! I recommend starting with a light resistance loop so that the glutes fire vs everything else. So lifted. So fun. Snatched is a 48-min standing abs workout that is both effective and efficient with a great flow. Expect to feel this everywhere from waist to back and booty. Watch your back when you go from fold-over to standing/wide second.

Quick Burn Workouts: C‘ est Nice…This one is really nice, has a good flow and really targets the waist and inner/outer thighs in just 20 minutes. Clutch is a term that can characterize something as "excellent" or "effective." Clutch is a 25-min cardio + sculpt that's fun, efficient and very sweaty. It's clutch.
