Welcome to the October Program! I named this month Chase The Burn and I went with this theme b/c there’s so much raising our inner temps right now - from COVID to the election, a new season, and standing up for what we believe is right. I’ll be turning up the heat in-studio (and in the kitchen) and I want you to jump in and give it all you’ve got. LET IT BURN so that we can start anew and become stronger in mind, body and spirit. I’m here to help you achieve your best body yet and I can’t wait to work with you guys! New This Week: Heartbreaker, The One & Little Fire

New Full Length: Heartbreaker earned it’s name because it really maxes out the heart rate with a core-based cardio breakdown and sculpts with one of our fave bodyweight pushup sequences along with basic standing weighted sculpting. The One is the one that you just can’t have too much of. Grab your light to medium weights for our core sculpting sequencing (abs, glutes, triceps, fold-over and standing sculpting) that moves from grounded to standing. 

New Quick Burn: Little Fire may burn just a little while you’re doing it but it leaves its mark on your abs for days afterwards! This is one effective QB as it targets the obliques and really pulls everything in.
