Our final week of March is all about that sculpting that is cardio that makes SLB so unique and effective. This Week: Obsession, Iconic and Hot Girl Sh*t along w/ Snatched, FTW & Snatched QB

Full Length: Obsession is a 50-min full length Cardio + Sculpt that I think you’ll be obsessed with. It begins with classic cardio and a breakdown with extra reps, transitions to Pushups, See-Saw and a Flip and Kick and finishes with a killer Figure Four Fold-over sculpting set. *Please be careful and mindful of your form and low back during the Get Up on the breakdown. Snatched is a 48-min standing abs classic that is both effective and efficient with a great flow. Expect to feel this everywhere from waist to back and booty. Watch your back when you go from fold-over to standing/wide second. FTW is a sculpt 3x3 with a great flow. Liberty to Attitude and Aeroplane to Tree transitions to big impact combo moves like Lunge to Side Bend, Push-up -Tick Tock's and a breakdown. Prepare to feel this one.

Quick Burn: Hot Girl Sh*t is a 23-min Standing Core Sculpt that combines total-body moves like side lunges, squats, rotation and fold-over with a weight to target everything multi-directionally from your head to toes like only SLB can. Iconic is classic, fast-moving and multi-tastking QB that combines looped cardio with weighted standing and grounded sculpting into one 24-min multi-tasking workout. It begins with classic standing abs, moves into a brief cardio and looped cardio series then transitions to standing sculpting and grounded looped and weighted sculpting. Snactched QB is a shorter version of our full length Snatched workout. It targets the waist and mid-glute like no other in 19-min.
