This week is dedicated to all the SLB moms who keep it moving. Motherhood is beautiful, layered and complicated…Especially this past year. As a mother and a business owner, I do not take my responsibilities lightly. Nor do I underestimate the importance of our well-being (and a glass of wine) heading into the nightly marathon that is bedtime.
This mother’s day, SLB is proud to support Baby2Baby, a charity that we’ve been involved in for the past four years. Baby2Baby provides mothers and children living in poverty with diaper, clothing, and basic necessities they deserve.
This week’s wellness is very core-based and very effective. As I developed and went through this work, I really felt it in my inner thighs, shoulders, and back…Even as I report to you almost a week later! Expect a delayed sore and I highly recommend being conservative and lifting lighter the first time through with Kimchi. Good On You is a grounded and standing sculpting QB that targets everything. You'll feel the work in the lower abs when you transition from grounded to standing and the upper body and core during the grounded work. Push it, this work looks good on you! Mom tackles it all in under 30 min. She begins with looped cardio, moves into standing weighted sculpting, transitions to non-looped cardio and then grounded mat sculpting.
