SLB 1/24/22

We made it through January and I know that many of you are feeling back in your body again. I took a departure from our usual January programming and replaced it with what I felt we all really needed.

February is a big month for SLB and we’re all so excited to roll out all that’s new. The February Program begins on Tuesday, 2/1 so our cardio workout, Lion, will drip in on Thursday evening so you have some extra time with it. I’ve decided to hold Lion until February week two - There’s a section that I’d like to re-work as I’ve been told it’s impossible. Please sub in your favorite full-length cardio for Thursday and feel free to connect with me on the hotline and I can make suggestions for you. With the exception of Lion, this week’s content really meets you where you are. It’s great for beginners and also those of you who like to challenge yourselves. Time-wise, both Stiletto and Prism are mid-length. If you’re craving more, choose your own adventure or message me on the hotline - I’m happy to help with a recommendation.

FULL LENGTH:

Stiletto is a 35-min ankle weighted grounded sculpt with a unique side abs series. I named it stiletto because this workout gives you an edge. Equipment: Light and medium weights, ankle weights and a mat.

Lion is a fun 50-min. dance-based cardio + sculpt based off of OMG with heavy weights, a classic format and an incredible flow. Equipment: Medium to heavy weights and a mat. *Update: I’ve decided to hold Lion until February week two - There’s a section that I’d like to re-work as I’ve been told it’s impossible. King is a 49-minute sweat-in-your-eyes Cardio + Sculpt with unique sequencing and a classic format. Equipment: Medium to heavy weights and a mat. Possibly an extra mat for knees.

QUICK BURN:

Prism is a 28-min Quick Burn that’s in the Present Category (meditative movement). I really like this one as it moves from grounded to standing and feels really great. Equipment: Just a mat.

Brightside is a 20-min. fun and sweaty cardio workout that will take you to the brighter side, promise! It includes classic CCS with a full breakdown. Equipment: None, just yourself.

Serotonin is a 25-min single-weighted core sculpt with big money compound moves that'll make you feel good and are familiar. Equipment: One heavy weight.
