SLB 5/12 | WEEK TWO

You’ll notice that this week has a bit of a different daily format but the burn is very familiar. 1998 was a late release so it’s featured this week along with Palomino, a grounded and weighted sliding sculpt with socks. Both of our new releases are shorter in format and time, but I promise it’s all you need. You’ll feel these two everywhere.

FULL LENGTH

1998 is a Full Length that was originally developed to be a Quick Burn. You can expect compound, low impact cardio combos that work the entire body. Challenge with wrist or ankle weights. 

Work your core like you never have before. Palomino is a grounded and weighted sliding core sculpt utilizing socks and light to medium weights. 

Miami is forty-seven minutes of sweaty high-energy cardio with a hip circling combo with a breakdown and standing weighted sculpting.

Kitchen Sink is a weighted low impact cardio standing core. Wrist weighed key moves with a classic format make this one effective and efficient. You'll need wrist weights or light weights and a set of heavier weights for upper body work. 

QUICK BURN

Juju is a 25-min single heavy weight Cardio + Sculpt QB that really targets the abs.

Petrichor is a non-surgical 21-minute weighted standing core Quick Burn that really targets and tones the abs and arms with a killer flow.

Sig is a perfect example of our signature SLB Sculpting workouts. Total-body, multi-directional and well-balanced. Lift heavy for greater cardiovascular output.

Leo is a 28-min cardio + sculpt Quick Burn that is confident, bright and sexy. You’ll need light to medium weights and a mat.
