THE shifting of tides, BODY AND MIND make us FEEL SO ALIVE and human connections are filled with love.

We just returned from an incredible Activation that was filled with tons of laughter, girl time, positive energy, delicious food and everything the body and mind needed to reset and thrive. This Activation was intimate yet it was big, meaningful and somewhat life-changing for me. I loved digging my heels in and doing the work.

Speaking of the work…I have two *new workouts for you this week that will drip in-studio mid-week and more to inspire and motivate you just before the holiday hits.

FULL LENGTH

Sundance is the third workout in new category, CardioSculpt. She's 48-min full-length with an elongated low impact cardio section and light weight sculpting. You'll need light to medium weights or wrist/ankle weights. 

Gloria is a 45-min single weight cardio + sculpt with choreo that gets straight to the point and includes extra breakdown reps. Imo, Gloria is the meaning of CCS cardio perfection blending a little hip sass and big impact moves with basic sculpting and core balance work. You'll need one single medium to heavy weight and a mat.

Deep Violet is 45 minutes of deep core work utilizing alternative versions of our standing to grounded core work. You'll feel this one everywhere but you won't feel like you're exerting and that's where the magic is. The balance challenge is what takes it over the edge and I recommend using wrist weights to really kick it up a notch. This one moonlights as an Abs + Arms workout. You'll need just a mat or wrist weights and a mat. 

QUICK BURN

Apropos is a heavy weight, deep core sculpt that’s really fitting for this time of the year. The weight goes beyond resistance and moonlights as a prop, while you sculpt and tone your entire bod (think: abs, arms, ass) to perfection. You’ll need one heavy weight and a mat. *Apropros is in post-production. Please sub with Rare until it’s in-studio.

Spicy is a 25-min. Cardio + Sculpt that combines high energy cardio and looped and weighted basic sculpting for a total-body workout.

12:34 is all about forward motion. Compound movement and a nice flow sets this one apart. Kick up the cardio by lifting heavy. All you need is one medium to heavy weight.
