SLB JULY: VISION

our July Program begins on 7/2 and in-app Live streaming kicks off on 7/8…

Livestream sessions are included in your SLB membership. All you have to do to join is log in to the app. Make sure you have in-app notifications turned on and keep an eye on the schedule located in-studio.

We’re kicking off the month with three new workouts, along with a few beloved workouts from the library. Our new Quick Burn, Flying Private is a must-do and is currently in-studio. Daisy Duke lands by Tuesday and Dancing Under The Milky Way will drip in-studio later this week.

Daisy Duke is a 39-min light weight and looped standing sculpt (new core basics format) that begins with standing abs and a breakdown then moves to total-body sculpting. You'll feel this everywhere, but the loop (I used the new yellow loop) really affects the glutes without the hip-flexors kicking in...brilliant! I developed Daisy with the holiday in mind so expect to sweat no matter what props you use. I recommend using the new yellow loop, which is closest in resistance to our old blue slb loop along with 3 lb weights or wrist weights.

Flying Private is a 21-min Grounded Sculpt Quick Burn that has no baggage or waiting for results. This one is as instant gratification as it gets. You'll need one medium to heavy weight and a mat.
