Happy Valentine’s Day week, everyone! I really love this week. The standing sculpting work (Pour) has the power to re-define your core, it’s truly incredible. If Pour isn’t for you, I recommend subbing Smoke and Mirrors in.

Pour yourself into this incredibly compound and multi-directional sculpt. It flows rapidly. Pour is a full-body light to medium sculpt with a 4x4 format. You’ll need light to medium weights and a mat.

Holla Back Holla Back will definitely hit you up later. Holla Back is a term derived from Cheer.
Captain: "Give me a "B"
Team: "B"
A Hollaback Girl (created by Gwen) is a girl who allows people to walk all over her and is all talk and no walk. Equipment: Heavy weights, a medium resistance loop & a mat.

Smoke and Mirrors is the practice of artful deception and I believe you'll agree that this workout is full of hocus pocus to get you through it. It's a standing to grounded total-body weighted sculpt with a two-part breakdown. Time flies even if you're lifting heavy. You'll need medium to heavy weights and a mat.

BODY PARTS

Smile Maker is a 12-min Body Parts workout that's grounded, weighted and really hones in on the inner and outer thighs and obliques.

QUICK BURN

Bo is the QB take on this week’s sculpt, Pour. It’s multi-directional and compound. Your obliques will feel this for days. You'll need one medium to heavy weight. The transition from grounded back to standing is not pretty but it's functional.

Bikini Lovers is a 30-min next-level Standing Core Sculpt. The step provides a level change that really increases cardio output while the multi-directional sequencing challenges your balance and body. Please make sure you're utilizing a stable step that can support you. You'll initially feel this in your glutes and deep core. You’ll need a step.

28-Min Cardio gets the heart rate up and you burning in the best way.
