Happy Monday, everyone! I just returned from an amazing 36 hours in Salt Lake City, Utah with Unsubscribe (check out bts in my stories). This week’s content is loaded in-studio. This time of the year is always a busy one so I wanted to create a very effective and efficient full-body sculpt that will make you sweat. Check out Purgatory. It targets it all in just 31 minutes.

FULL LENGTH
Purgatory targets it all in 31 minutes. This compound standing core 3x3 straddles the line between a short full length and a Quick Burn. You'll need one medium to heavy weight and a mat.
2:15 has it all. It begins with a fun and sweaty elongated cardio section, then transitions to a brief standing abs, crazy arm series on the right side and a pretty girl, wide second series and pushups on the left side.
The Pursuit of Happiness is what you need right now: a sweat in your eyes cardio + sculpt with extra reps and a deep core and booty set. *If you have back issues please be mindful during the fold-over to standing!
White Noise is a grounded and standing classic standing standing core mat session that lengthens and strengthens the everything. It’s challenging, great for all levels and fun. I love the flow of it. You’ll need a light weights or wrist weights and a mat.
BODY PARTS
Sigh is a three-part move Body Part workout that really takes on the legs. You'll need ankle weights (optional)
QUICK BURN
Rare is a 22-minute QB that works the abs grounded and multi-directionally for a complete total-body, core-focused workout.
4x4 is a 26-minute cardio + sculpt that works multi-angles and is full-body perfection with compound movements. You'll need light to medium weights and a mat.
Narcissist is a 21-min QB that really hones in on the abs and hips from all angles. All you'll need is wrist weights to challenge.
