Craving progress, elevation, and empowerment? Join the BodyLaunch May Program (you can utilize it as a challenge if you wish) and feel like your best self when the unofficial start of summer hits at the end of the month.

Slb is a 28 day program and this week is a 5th week (gap week) which we have once per quarter. We’re softly launching on May 1st with our first Monday start on May 4th so if you’re in, join in and make the commitment to you.

In addition to your monthly Studio LB program, you’ll receive a 7-day BodyLaunch Meal Plan complete with a shopping list and links to member-only recipes. I’ll also be serving you recipes, and mindful rituals to help you reach your goals all month long.
