SLB 5/28 | WEEK FOUR

Happy Memorial Day, everyone! Summer is (un)officially here. I hope you enjoyed the long holiday weekend with family and friends. SLB Week Four will kick-off on Tuesday. Stay tuned for two new full length releases this week along with the new app design debuting in June!

FULL LENGTH

Sundance is the third workout in new category, CardioSculpt. She's 48-min full-length with an elongated low impact cardio section and light weight sculpting. You'll need light to medium weights or wrist/ankle weights. 

Juicy is a fun and sweat-in-your eyes 3x3 Sculpt. Grab your wrist weights for the sweetest upper body burn or lift heavy for next level results. Juicy is longer in length and very much worth doing. You’ll need one medium to heavy weight. If you like Disco Nap, you’ll love this one!

Good Girl is the second workout in new category, CardioSculpt. She's 45-min full-length with an elongated cardio section and base level light weight sculpting. She's progressive with a good burn. You'll need light to medium weights or wrist/ankle weights. 

Wavy is a 49-min Cardio + Sculpt with big power moves. You’ll love this one. You’ll need a variety of weights and a mat.

Sauce is a single weight standing sculpt with a classic format and a bit of je ne sais quoi. Packed full of compound and multi-directional movement, this is the epitome of CCS. You’ll need one medium to heavy weight and a mat.

Fancy is a standing weighted 3x3 with a 5 rep breakdown and a brief grounded abs series. Fancy is full of multi-directional and compound moves that hones in on the abs and arms. Use 3’s or wrist weights for the ultimate burn.

QUICK BURN

HBIC is a term used to describe someone's powerful status and to inflate the individual's ego. It's basically the same as saying that one person (the HBIC) is somehow better or higher in rank than someone (or everyone) else. Imo, if you like our basic standing core moves done with a quick pace, this one is it. No equipment or wrist weights to challenge

Oxygen is a 30-min medium to heavy weighted Cardio + Sculpt QB with a really fun flow. If you love CCS, this is like oxygen. You’ll need a variety of weights and a mat.

Main is one of those core workouts that really should be in our rotation as much as possible! Revisit this whenever you want to tone it all in under 25-minutes. It begins with our official grounded core abs sequence and moves to glutes, triceps, weighted back work and grounded fold-over.
