NEW SLB WORKOUT CATEGORY: CARDIO CORE
Impact has impact but we don't have to jump around to have a good time. We're hard launching our new, now official category, Cardio Core with this week's 44-min., Soft Serve.
SIb's Cardio Core is a gentler, just-as-fun way to get that addictive high and those effective and efficacious results.
Our Cardio Core workouts have been in development since 2019 (there are currently 30 in the library) but have been categorized under Sculpt, in-app.
These workouts are multitasking, compound and full-body as always, but Cardio Core blends quick paced, sharp-motioned, multi-planed standing abs and arms with grounded bodyweight work for a seriously sweaty, no-impact sculpt that IS cardio.
