Originating from Native American cultures, the dream catcher serves as a powerful protective talisman, hanging above the bed and stopping any bad air or bad dreams that want to seep in. Our good vibes Dream Catcher is a grounded to standing weighted sculpt based on our core basics that will kick off the month in the best way possible. You'll need light to medium (or heavy weights for standing) and a mat. **We had some audio issues early and had to sub in camera audio but it smooths out rather quickly.

Gloria is a 45-min single weight cardio + sculpt with choreo that gets straight to the point and includes extra breakdown reps. Imo, Gloria is the meaning of CCS cardio perfection blending a little hip sass and big impact moves with basic sculpting and core balance work. You'll need one single medium to heavy weight and a mat.

Like Water for your garden...This grounded and weighted ab series tackles all parts of the abs in just 10-minutes.

QUICK BURN

C’est Nice is really nice, has a good flow and really targets the waist and inner/outer thighs.  No equipment, wrist weights to challenge.

4x4 is a 26-minute cardio + sculpt that works multi-angles and is full-body perfection with compound movements. You'll need light to medium weights and a mat.
