A study by researchers at UC Davis found that postmenopausal women eating about a half-cup of Ataulfo mangoes four times a week saw up to a 23% decrease in deep facial wrinkles. This unbelievably creamy, thick cooling bowl with 30g of protein that's perfect for breakfast, lunch or post-slb. You'll need: 2/3 cup Silken Tofu, 2 scoops Vanilla Protein Powder (optional), 1.5 cups Frozen Mango and 2 tbsp Lime (or more to taste. It counteracts the protein powder taste really well).
