LB RESOLUTIONS
I’m excited to see how 2023 unfolds. Imo, resolutions are a bit of a snore…easy to make and tough to keep. I’ve never been too into restrictions or giving up anything that brings me joy. With that said, I do think that it’s a good idea to take note of where we are at the beginning of every year and incrementally improve ourselves. The type of resolutions that I can always get behind are the wellness kind. The ones that make you feel good and look great. The kind that are all about confidence and well-being because we can all use more of that. Things like, me time, girl time, and a great feeling body and mind. Growth is imminent. Here are a few of mine to get you started if you’re looking for inspo or a minor shift.
LOVE YOUR BODY
Not always so easy, right? Sometimes I think of all my body does for me–everyday–and I am immediately filled with gratitude. Those of you who take my classes know how much I talk about this when the workout gets really tough. Pushes you right through and makes you love YOU.
GIRL TIME
Whether it’s a night out or a five day activation, nothing fuels your heart and recharges you like spending time with other women.
SEE THE LIGHTBULB
I am all about a mind-blowing revelation. I keep a notebook full of them and I also talk with my girlfriend Meghan about them. Here’s to many more life-altering moments this year. I am talking about knowing where you are going and how you are getting there.
TUB time
This is a resolution that you can put into immediate action. I’ve always been a huge fan of a daily epsom salt soak with your fave playlist and a glass of whatever you’re into.
FORGET YOUR PHONE
When you’re able, don’t take it with you! I promise you’ll feel more like you are living!
HAVE MORE SEX
Not much to explain here.
