It’s officially spring and this time of year always feels so mutable to me. Something or someone that is mutable is subject to change. Mutable weather can go from sunny, to rainy and windy, and back to sunny again. The word mutable originally had a negative connotation, and it referred to a person, usually a poet, who frequently changed his mind and moods, but it’s not. I like to think about it positively and also in terms of feminine flow.

With the start of the new season I always recommend easing in by doing what you feel and moving how you feel regardless of what the schedule says. I’m here to guide you as our playlists are live in the app. I’ve developed three new workouts this week: James is a 22-min Cardio Core, White Noise is a really effective standing to grounded 45-min sculpt with a classic format and break down, and Amplifier is a 12-min abs Body Parts workout.

FULL lENGTH

White Noise is a grounded and standing classic standing standing core mat session that lengthens and strengthens the everything. It’s challenging, great for all levels and fun. I love the flow of it. You’ll need a light weights or wrist weights and a mat.

Eight Days is a fun and sexy cardio + sculpt with a double breakdown and a serious single leg glute sculpting series. You’ll need one heavy weight and a mat.

The Pursuit of Happiness is what you need right now: a sweat in your eyes cardio + sculpt with extra reps and a deep core and booty set. *If you have back issues please be mindful during the fold-over to standing! You’ll need a A set of light to medium weights and a mat.

A B-Sides (flip-side) is a secondary recording that typically receives less attention and is often considered filler but is usually better than the A-Side. Throughout my career I’ve been known for transforming the booty with unique programming and choreography. B-Sides is a total-body workout with an emphasis on the glutes and lats without a bridge in the lineup. You’ll just a mat and a set of weights to use for modifying.

BODY PARTS

Amplifier is all about growth. This Body Parts workout is perfect for when you want to focus on the rectus (six-pack). Ankle weights for extra burn.

QUICK BURN

James is a 22-min no equipment Cardio Core QB with un-complicated moves combining multi-plane standing abs work with a faster pace for a serious sweat. Ankle or wrist weights for the challenge. 

Ghost Pepper is a great 24-min QB with a light cardio + sculpt freestyle concept that’s both standing and grounded. You’ll need a variety of weights and a mat.
