Summer is a feeling: Beach days, blue skies, fireworks, roasted tomatoes, and green grass…

Lets celebrate the sunlight and its life giving and qualities, along with our own brightness and light. Here are five ways to celebrate the much-loved incoming season:

MOVE MINDFULLY

Honor your body’s needs. Whether it’s slb, yoga, or a walk, choose movement that promotes strength, balance, flexibility, and relaxation.

EAT SEASONALLY

Eat what’s growing around you and opt for lighter, hydrating meals to keep your body energized and balanced.

TUNE INTO NATURE

The best way to honor the sun is to be in it, so take your slb workout outdoors, eat outside, and buy fresh flowers to celebrate the new season and the aliveness that the sun gives us.

SET SUMMER INTENTIONS

We’re now half-way through the year. This week is the perfect time to check in and re-visit goals that have been brewing since winter/spring. Make a list or light and candle and think abt what you want to let go of and what you want to keep.

BE FREE

Summer is an opportunity to really tune in (and up) or loosen the reigns and go totally OOO. The warmer months bring us a carefree sense of freedom, but it’s also an expansive energy that can propel us into action.
