SLB SPRING IMMERSION

Focus on your foundation for epic results beginning March 17th. The three-week, six class Immersion is designed for habit forming transition— warm nourishment, steady progressive strength, structure, and support when you need it. Not frantic energy. Not restriction. Just steady forward momentum on the mat and in the kitchen.  

The course meets virtually via Zoom on Tuesdays and Thursdays @ 4PM PT / 7PM ET for three consecutive weeks beginning on March 17th. Small group classes are 45-minutes in length and will be held on the mat and in the kitchen. $150
