Lauren's Morning Matcha
1 cup unsweetened milk of choice (we love almond)
1/2 frozen banana
1.5 handfuls of spinach
1 sm. cucumber
5-10 mint leaves
1/2 - 1" knob of ginger
1 tbsp matcha powder
Blend well and drink up! Toppings count and make you feel you're eating a little something, too. I love this one with just a bit of cacao nibs.
