8/29/22 SLB SUMMER EDIT

Once a quarter we have a 5th “gap” week of the month and tbh, I’m so thankful (selfishly) that it hit right at the perfect time for me as I’m just finalizing my move. This week, I’ve put together a few of our faves from the Summer along with some classics that match them well. There’s no schedule this week - I’d like you to do what you feel. You’ll see the workouts listed under The August Program Playlist / Week 5. As a general rule of thumb, I always recommend alternating cardio and sculpt for best results.

The September Program begins on September 5th and I’m holding our fireside chat until I’m in my new space. I’m excited for new energy and the ability to speak openly.
