I had the greatest weekend teaching a fantastic group of women in Newport Beach and I can’t wait to share a few moments with you all. This week we’ll be explore the connection between intimacy and movement. I’ll also talk about my grounding techniques and the importance of bestie love.

FULL lENGTH
Picante brings the heat. It's a full-body Standing Abs 3x3 with a standing to grounded format. This full length manages to get 30 pushups in in under 40 minutes. Go no equipment or strap on wrist (or ankle) weights for a killer sweat.
OMG here are some moves you haven’t seen before.It’s a full length dance-based cardio + sculpt with heavy weights and a classic format and an incredible flow. *Left side breakdown is a little ugly. Please use Right arm to slap. You’ll need medium to heavy weights and a mat.
Assets is such an asset to our collection! It blends classic standing sculpting with new core grounded work. A standing to grounded 3x3 full-body workout with an emphasis on the hips that incorporates light to medium weights and a mat.
BODY PARTS
Bridge is a brief grounded BP that hones in on the hips. You’ll need a mat and ankle weights to challenge.
QUICK BURN
Smooch is a kiss for your bod. A few twists on our key moves really turns up the heat. You'll need one medium to heavy weight.
Mom tackles it all in under 30 min. She begins with looped cardio, moves into standing weighted sculpting, transitions to non-looped cardio and then grounded mat sculpting.
