PURSUE…✌ peace this spring. We’re building our stamina and this week I’m excited to get back on the mat and into more of a routine and help propel you forward. Let’s get you turned on for the new season. Watch this space, there’s a re-birth happening.
FULL LENGTH
The Original is a full-body 43-min grounded and standing mat session that lengthens and strengthens everything. It’s challenging, great for all levels and fun. It begins on the mat with a long weighted ab series and pec work, then moves to push-ups, see-saws, fold-over and standing work. You'll be surprised at the sore factor. You’ll need a light-medium weights and a mat.
Swipe Right is a 45-min full-body Cardio + Sculpt that includes explosive cardio with a breakdown and a heavy weight around the world standing sculpting series. I adore this one! You’ll need medium to heavy weights and a mat.
BODY PARTS
Belladonna is a beautiful grounded lower body QB that really hones in on the glutes (bootybrow, specifically). You’ll need ankle weights and a mat.
QUICK BURN
Smalls is a single weighted core sculpt with a classic format that really hones in on the waist. Expect a classic with a breakdown and to be next day sore. You'll need one heavy weight and a mat.

Steamed is a stretching Quick Burn with emphasis on the hips. This is some of the material that I work with Joy on every week. All you'll need is a mat.
4x4 is a 26-minute cardio + sculpt that works multi-angles and is full-body perfection with compound movements. You'll need light to medium weights and a mat.
