Cheers, everyone! Hope you all had a great long weekend and holiday. We’re starting fresh. Put all you have into your practice and I promise you’ll be Mindblown this month.

If you’re looking to kick things up a notch, go live with me today wherever you are. I’m teaching a standing and grounded sculpt LIVECLASS live stream with brand new sequencing at 3PM PST / 6PM EST. You’ll need a mat, and ankle weights (optional). I’m really excited to teach you this one.

FULL LENGTH

3 Loves is a take on last week’s LIVECLASS. It a 47-min single weight standing sculpt with grounded abs. I love this one. You’ll need one medium to heavy weight and a mat.

Forward is a 53-min cardio + sculpt with a simple yet effective cardio breakdown and great sculpting sequence. I liked it so much I integrated it into my class for Propel. You’ll need a variety of weights and a mat.

Thunderbird is a shortened cardio and sculpt that lands on Friday just as many of you will be returning to your practice.

BODY PARTS

Short Stories Is a 10-minute glute-focused Body Parts workout that is great for travel. All you need is a mat.

QUICK BURN

Big Sun is a 20-minute standing Core Sculpt that really makes you feel strong. All you’ll need is one medium to heavy weight.

The Poet has a sweet way of working it all in just 16-min. Using just your bodyweight or kick it up with ankle weights for 10/10 heat. The 3x3 format makes it do-able for all levels. You'll need a mat, ankle weights, and possibly some extra padding for the knees.

Tbh this is the bones of CCS cardio. If you are a beginner or are in need of some practice, this is your jam. All you'll need is yourself.

Upside is a 24-min bodyweight workout that moves from grounded to standing. It has a great flow, and increases flexibility, strength and muscular balance. The Swing through to Pop up Arabesque sequence lifts the glutes like no other. Please use weights to assist.
