Get ready to sweat and really work your abs this week! The proof is in the pudding - I always take photos after I develop and film the weekly Program and you can see how much my abs are popping from this week’s material. This week's workouts:  Heroine, Bon, Juju & Main

New Full-Length Workouts: Heroine is a 49-min. cardio + looped sculpt. It’s very abs driven so be prepared to really feel those obliques if you work hard. Bon means GOOD in French. Bon is a balanced 45-min standing sculpting workout that begins with a quick moving standing abs series and transitions to a pretty girl series, liberty to attitude sequence, and fold-over work. This full length workout features 30 rep sequencing with no breakdown.

Quick Burn Workouts: Juju is a 25-min single heavy weight Cardio + Sculpt QB that begins with Standing Abs cardio, moves into classic cardio and a weighted standing sculpting that really targets the abs. You can expect an abs focus throughout the entire workout, but we’re working everything as usual. Main is one of those core workouts that really should be in our rotation as much as possible! Revisit this whenever you want to balance and tone it all in under 25-minutes. It begins with our official grounded core abs sequence and moves to glutes, triceps, weighted back work and grounded fold-over.
