3/16/20 Studio LB

Last week we talked about how the season is changing and now we’re talking about how the world is changing. These are some anxiety-inducing circumstances, and while we weather the storm from the comfort of our homes I see an opportunity to really connect and look out for each other digitally via the hotline, Instagram, and the facebook group. This week's workouts:  Maximalist, Rare, Light Body & Hourglass

New Full-Length Workouts: Maximalist is a 45-min. no equipment cardio workout with basic moves and no breakdown that’s great for all levels. Wear ankle weights to challenge. Rare really gets into the core with weighted abs on the mat then transitions into weighted glutes, push-ups, see-saws and hip and glute focused standing sculpting.

Quick Burn Workouts: Light Body is a dynamic 27-min Standing Abs QB that really targets the core and upper body with side bends, curtsey to wide second and waist rotations. This one has a great flow that I love. Keep your motions sharp to really get the most out of it. Hourglass is a most-loved grounded abs workout from the vault.
