Hey everyone, welcome to Spring Training! I’m so excited to work with all of you this month. The April Program is designed to increase your strength and stamina and build lean muscle. April will set you up for the May and June programs, with all three working together to give you an amazing summer body. You’ll feel powerful, strong and confident.
Social distancing is a real struggle but lets use this time to improve ourselves so that we feel accomplished at the end of this instead of looking back and wishing we hadn’t become paralyzed.
Our Cardio + Sculpt, Zhuzh Up will be in-studio by 12-2PM today at the latest. If you’re working out this morning, choose your favorite cardio workout. I’m here for you all. This week's workouts: Zhuzh Up, Indoorsy & Voodoo
New Full-Length Workouts: Zhuzh Up is a light weight cardio + sculpt workout with basic choreography and two-move breakdowns throughout paired with core basics sculpting. Indoorsy really gets into the core (and everything else) with a little bit of everything you need. You’re going to feel this working on every angle of the abs.
Quick Burn Workouts: Voodoo is a 26-min total-body dowel Quick Burn. The moves are basic but not so basic burn. Snatched (Standing Abs) and JuJu (Cardio + Sculpt) round out the week.
