4/27/20 Studio LB

Hey guys, I hope you’re all getting through this! Last week I shared my progress with you and this week we’re still addressing nutrition so that you look and feel your best. This week's workouts:  Alter-Ego, Wingman, Mom & The Great

New Full-Length Workouts: Alter-Ego is a 50-min cardio + sculpt that is fun and sweaty. The cardio portion includes a fun and sweaty breakdown then transitions to a brief standing abs series, pushups and light weight sculpting. Wingman …This sculpt is your Wingman. Your rock. It does triple duty on the booty, hips, thighs and core. It may feel a little chopped up but trust that I have your back on this! *Also, I forgot the banded hip dip and lift on the left. Please add on the left!

Quick Burn Workouts: Mom is a 25-min Cardio + Sculpt that really tackles it all in 27 minutes. The Great is a 15-min. grounded QB that’s core based and great for all levels. Heads up that the audio is a little low.
