This week's workouts:  Spring Break, In The House, Shortcut & Bombshell

New Full-Length Workouts: Spring Break is kinda like the Spring Break that we didn't get this year. It's fun, sweaty, sassy, and the time flies by. The cardio series progresses into a breakdown, burpees and pushups, abs and weighted standing sculpting. In The House is a favorite from March and we love it because it really gets into the core with a little bit of everything you need. You’re going to feel this working on every angle of the abs and I know you’ll love the flow. It feels good and it makes you feel sexy.

Quick Burn Workouts: Shortcut is a total-body 24-min. QB that begins with a weighted Pretty Girl series which moves into more core sculpting. Anyone can do this one - It’s great for all levels! Bombshell is a 26-min QB that targets everything. It begins with standing sculpting section then moves to the mat for Abs, glutes, hip work, triceps and pushups. If you're looking for a total-body sculpt in less than 30 minutes, this is it. Add weights to the standing section to really up the cardio and the burn!
