Hi guys, happy summer! It’s acronym week and I’m going to blame Mercury in Retrograde (omg, fml)…we had some audio issues last week and with most production still shut down here in LA we didn’t have the assistance we needed BUT the workouts are incredible even with less than optimal audio. This week's workouts:  Bougie, Spring Break, FTW, ILYSM & JFC

New Full-Length Workouts: Bougie and Spring Break are both awesome and from the May Program. Please do both! FTW is defined as an abbreviation for "for the win," meaning something that you are commenting on is a really good thing- And this week’s sculpt IS.

Quick Burn Workouts: ILYSM means I love you so much and I think you’ll love this Cardio + Sculpt QB. It combines 12 min of Cardio with a dbl breakdown and 12 minutes of a new sculpting sequence. JFC is a killer 16-min abs series that I don’t want you to miss. Make sure you do this one, it’s so worth it.
