This Week: Booty Pop, LAX, A Bikini A Day & IKR

New Full-Length Workouts: Booty Pop is a 52 minute cardio + sculpt that’s sweaty, fun and the time flies —She’s triple propped, so grab your medium loop, dowel + step for the CCS, burn & lift you haven’t met yet. Booty Pop will land in-studio by noon EST, so sub in Bueno if you’re working out in the morning. LAX is Booty Pop’s opposite. LAX really gets into the core with a little bit of everything you need. It’s no equipment and multi-directional.

Quick Burn Workouts: A Bikini A Day is a 21-min QB that includes a little bit of everything: Classic Standing Core, a brief cardio series and Standing Sculpting. When you need to work it all in less than 30 minutes, this is your jam. IKR (I know, right?) is a brief yet very efficient total-body grounded core sculpt. It's the perfect balance of bodyweight meets flexibility and core strengthening. And it’s completely grounded. Yes, it’s only 13-min but prepare to sweat and shake!
