This Week: Miami, Wingman, Buttercup, Tres, Slow Burn & ILYSM

New Full-Length Workouts: Miami is a total-body Cardio + Sculpt. This one is hot. It’s forty-seven minutes of sweaty high-energy cardio with a hip circling cardio series (with a breakdown and extra reps) and standing weighted sculpting. Your buns are going to feel this one! WIngman and Buttercup are from The April and May Program and go perfectly with this week.

Quick Burn Workouts: Slow Burn is 17-min of core driven work that starts with knee lifts and eternity arms then moves to pivoting lunges, wide second and waist rotations to work the large muscles and burn fat. Tres …I named this QB Tres b/c you need three props: a mat, loops and weights but also because it targets the core upper and lower body. Enjoy the burn!
