This Week: Dtox, Bum Bum, Kinda Lovely, Mom & Flex
New Full-Length Workouts: It’s high time for an all out sweat and Dtox troubleshoots late summer decadence with classic throwback CCS cardio and an around the world heavy weighted lunge to deadlift series. Bum Bum is Brazilian (Portugese) for booty and I promise that this weighted and looped workout will have you pulled in and lifted without having to leave your mat! Go with a black loop and ankle weights for the ultimate challenge.
Quick Burn Workouts: Kinda Lovely is a 21-minute Standing Abs QB that targets it all with a flow that's so lovely. Grab your heavy weights and a step/bench, this QB will leave you flexin. Flex is an all arms and back QB and targets everything in 13-minutes. Perfect on it's own or as a layer on.
