Happy Labor Day and welcome to the September Program! This month is all about getting Back To YOU. I’m not one to look back all that much, but I feel like we are all wanting to connect to our pre-COVID selves. Can you believe fall is at our heels? I say bring it on, it’s time to harvest. There’s been so much change this year, and I’m excited to spend the rest of it helping you guys evolve in all the best ways. We’re always in growth mode so if you’re tempted to look back, think about your future self. What is she dreaming of? What does she look like? How does she move? She’s YOU. This Week: Bomb, Stuntin’, Shebang, Shortcut, Mom, Arsenal & La Pêche

Full Length: Bomb (In-studio on Tuesday by 1 PM - Sub in your fave heavy weight cardio if you’re working out in the AM) is a total-body Cardio + Sculpt. Forty minutes of sweaty high-energy cardio with a great CCS combo and standing weighted and looped sculpting. Your bod is going to feel this one! Lift heavy for a killer sweat. Stuntin' is a 30-rep format standing and grounded sculpt that really targets the core with a focus on the obliques.

Quick Burn: Short Cut is perfect for all levels but I created this especially for beginners or those who are coming back from hiatus. It targets the core and will get your heart rate up with it's lengthy wide second series. It's a great one if you're short on time, so challenge with wrist weights. Shebang is a standing abs QB and it’s the whole shebang...literally, every core muscle is involved and the breakdown is fire.
