This Week: All The Way Up, Auto Correct, Darling, Smudge & Flex
Full Length: Get ready to shake it. All The Way Up is a 39-minute, sweat-in-your-eyes Cardio + Sculpt with classic CCS and a really fun breakdown. The sculpt is basic (yet brutal) with weighted sculpting: Deadlifts, squats and lunges, chop to squat and back work. You’ll feel it everywhere. Auto Correct is a Core Basics grounded to standing weighted sculpt that hits all the spots. It begins on the mat with abs, moves to weighted glute work, then transitions to fold-over on the mat, walk-out push-ups, side lunges and fold-over combo without a breakdown.
Quick Burn: Darling is a fun and sweaty no-equipment Cardio + Sculpt that is perfect for at-home or at a hotel. Classic Checkmark, Round Up-Low V CCS cardio breakdown meets Pretty Girl Kick-Outs and Curtsey to Wide Second sculpting. Smudge is a no equipment Standing Core workout that is a great no-impact cardio option with a great flow. Take it up a notch by adding ankle weights!
