We’re rounding out October with three multi-propped new ones. It’s a busy week and many of you will be short on time so I developed two efficient and effective Quick Burn workouts for you. This week we’re featuring Champagne -It’s one of my all-time faves and it matches up perfectly with Fall Back. Full Length: Champagne is a 45-min heavy weight cardio + sculpt that has two brief breakdowns with extra reps, burpees, pushups and heavy weight standing sculpting. We're training the chain here so you're really going to feel this one through the back of the body. Fall Back is a multi-propped sculpt that begins with a classic core-focused standing sculpting series w/ a breakdown, moves into glutes and upper body a brief series on the box, then finishes with looped abs and inner thighs. Give it your all and this all around body sculptor will flatten you in the best way possible. 

Quick Burn: Mint is a solid total-body blend of low impact CCS cardio along with weighted and looped standing sculpting. Ta Da targets-it-all with the perfect blend of multi-directional standing abs and classic standing sculpting.
