Gong hei fat choy! It's officially the start of the Lunar New Year and we're channeling all of the good vibes. After all, it's the Year of the Rabbit which means all good things are to come.

Rabbits are a symbol of rebirth and renewal and this year represents lucklongevity, prosperity, cleverness, and self-protection. Sign us up. Wondering how you can celebrate? Have noodles! Check out some of my favorite healthy recipes.

FULL lENGTH

Swipe Right is a 45-min full-body Cardio + Sculpt that includes explosive cardio with a breakdown and a heavy weight around the world standing sculpting series. I adore this one! You’ll need medium to heavy weights and a mat.

Kemo Sabe is a 50-min weighted and looped combines looped and weighted grounded abs and a standing light-weight sculpt that combines balance work with abs and arms. This one is your trusted friend. You’ll need a light weights or wrist weights (or nothing at all), a medium resistance loop and a mat.

BODY PARTS

Named after the root of longevity, Ho Shou Wu is a Body Part workout that focuses on the back. All you’ll need is a mat.

QUICK BURN

Lunar has a flow that you’ll love. Gong hei fat choy! It's officially the start of the Lunar New Year and we're channeling all of the good vibes with this Quick Burn. No equipment, but wear ankle weights to challenge. 

Rhinestones tackles it all in under 30 min. It begins with looped cardio, moves into standing weighted sculpting, transitions to non-looped cardio and then grounded mat sculpting. You’ll need loops, weights and a mat. 

Ovum is one of those core workouts that really should be in our rotation at least once a month. Like Main, revisit this whenever you want to tone it all in under 25-minutes. It begins with a spin on our official grounded core abs sequence along with side lying abs. You'll need light weights and a mat.
