I know you guys are all dripping back in. I’m thrilled for you to try our new 4x4 format and I have exciting news this week…

FULL LENGTH

Eyes Closed is our first 4x4 workout which includes four sets of ten on each side along with a shorter breakdown. I love the standing to grounded flow of this one. I recommend wrist weights to challenge and a mat.

Stack the Deck and return to power is what we’re doing right now. Compound cardio combined with posterior sculpting in a cardio > sculpt > cardio format. You’ll need medium to heavy weights and a mat.

Acid is 50-min of our signature SLB barre-based cardio + sculpt. It begins with classic cardio on the mat and at the barre then transitions to barre sculpting with a breakdown.

BODY PARTS

Top (Abs) This week we’ll be on the knees targeting the abs from all angles. You’ll need a mat and possibly an extra mat or towel to pad the knees.

QUICK BURN

Risen is the higher power of standing abs. You'll love the flow. No equipment, but wrist weights to increase cardiac output and overall burn.

Rabbits have become a symbol of rebirth and are associated with spring. Bunny could quite possibly be favorite new standing abs QB. It's classic SLB. I named it Bunny as I'm always inspired by the Playboy bunny and Jessica Rabbit around Valentine's Day. I felt as if my back and waist (muffin top) were reborn after this one. Don't skip it. You’ll need one medium to heavy weight.

Aha got its name from the aha moment I had while I was developing it. Aha is the shortened and grounded version of this week's, Wheels. Take your time with this and add on wrist weights for a major arm and abs burn. You’ll need Wrist weights and a mat. Extra padding if needed.

Lotus is a 30-minute grounded, Pilates-based mat session that lengthens and strengthens the core. At 30-minutes flat this workout fits both the full length and Quick Burn categories and its great for all levels.
