Welcome to the December Program! Can you believe that we’re walking into the last month of the decade? With only 29 days until 2020, it’s time to re-visit our goals and get moving. This week's workouts: Turn On, Own It, Met Him at a Bar, & Shorty

New Full-Length Workouts: Turn On is a 49-min. total-body cardio + medium weight sculpt that begins with classic CCS, then moves into a killer breakdown with extra reps, and then transitions into walk-outs, pushups, and a weighted standing sculpt. Own It is a 48-minute grounded and standing core sculpt.

Quick Burn Workouts: Met Him at a Bar is a 20-min. Cardio Core QB that really narrows the waist. You know these moves…you’ve been here before ; ) Wear wrist weights to increase the burn. Shorty is a 12-min Cardio + Sculpt that’s perfect for beginners, post-holiday, or anyone who is remote and needs a quick fix.
