Happy Easter and welcome to our first week of Spring Training. I’m typically not in a bikini this early into the season but this spring feels like summer. There’s less gravity. Things feel lighter, extra fresh and free. Right now is a time of great transformation, so start a list and write down what you want to call in. How do you want to emerge back into the world? Think about what you desire because we’re going to work for it. All you need to do is commit to yourself, and your goals. And, no more excuses. You’re going to get a lot of the honest, tough love version of me that you either love (or hate).
This month we’re boosting energy, improving metabolism, reducing bloat, increasing muscle, focus, discipline, and shedding excess weight (mental and physical). Week one will begin lighter as usual but it’s going to get fiery as the weeks pass so when you feel uncomfortable, trust that is part of the process and roll with it.
I expect some delays caused by outside interference (happy hour, spring break, back to school, etc.) and I want you to get out there and celebrate but don’t let up. Fully integrate SLB into your life: Take your practice outdoors, break out the grill and the Vitamix, and feel the sun. Build the mental muscle that you know it takes and don’t give up on you.
