This week, I’ve got your back. We’re taking a step back in time this week but it really all works well together. Our content is very core-intensive as usual, but if you suffer from low back tightness please modify during Laid. There’s a new category (Grounded Cardio) hitting the studio this week and I think you’re going to love it.

FULL lENGTH

Floating is our first full length grounded cardio workout. Total body and perfect for when you’re not feeling impactful cardio. Floating drips in on Wednesday.

Wingman is your rock. It does triple duty on the booty, hips, thighs and core. It may feel a little chopped up but trust that I have your back on this! I forgot the banded hip dip and lift on the left. Please add on the left! You’ll need a variety of weights, medium or heavy resistance loop and a mat.

Laid is a 51-min. high energy and high impact Cardio + Sculpt. The cardio is full of dynamic CCS power moves that make you feel strong and sexy: Tap Downs, Cross-To-T and Drive the Bus while the weighted standing sculpting is simple and effective. *Please modify the Tap Downs if you have any lower back tightness. You’ll need medium to heavy weights and a mat.

BODY PARTS

Time Stamp is a 12-minute lightweight Body Parts workout that really focuses on the arms.

QUICK BURN

Bottoms Up is a grounded, hip focused Body Parts workout that also doubles as a QB. You’ll need a mat and ankle weights if you’re brave.

Smudge is a no equipment Standing Core workout that is a great no-impact cardio option with a great flow. Take it up a notch by adding ankle weights!

ILYSM means I love you so much and I think you’ll LOVE this Cardio + Sculpt QB. It combines 12 min of Cardio with a dbl breakdown and 12 minutes of a new sculpting sequence. Push hard for major sweat! You’ll need light to medium weights.
